Nick Jeffers and Brian Donnelly established Enovus Labs, an engineering consultancy, to collaborate with companies to solve their complex thermal and mechanical challenges. Their exposure to diverse thermo-mechanical problems across various industries provided them with a unique opportunity to consolidate these problems to create a groundbreaking cooling solution named Segri-COOL. This innovation significantly reduces the size, weight, and carbon footprint of cooling solutions compared to conventional solutions. Subsequently, they launched a separate entity named Mettle-Edge to commercialize Segri-COOL.
Between them both, they have over 35 years' engineering experience coupled with the ability to invent disruptive technologies and the relentless drive to deliver on them. Coming from an R&D background (both hold PhD's in thermo-mechanics), their core skills and expertise revolve around experimentation, analysis, design and build. Accomplished at translating research outputs into innovative solutions, their skills and achievements have been recognised by multiple awards and accolades.
